  • We offer refunds or exchanges if you inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product and if we have sent you the wrong product

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Yes, there may be logistics charges starting from $45 based on the location, which the customer will need to pay.

    How should I handle damages, defects, or receiving the wrong item?

    • Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and take necessary steps to make it right.

      Are there any exceptions to the return policy?

    • Yes, certain items cannot be returned, such as items where the customer ordered the wrong variant (size, color, length). We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please get in touch with us.

      • The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

        How will I be notified about the refund status?

        • We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If the refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within three days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

          Can I get a refund before the item is shipped?

        • Yes, if you ordered something by mistake and want to change the order before it is shipped out, you can request an instant refund in the form of an Eazynappy Gift Card.                     How long does it take to process and ship an order?

          • The processing and shipping times vary based on the size, length, and color of the bundle you are ordering. Most bundles in sizes X-Small and Small are shipped out within 24-48 hours. Bundles in color 1b are also shipped out within 24-48 hours, while other colors may take 1-2 weeks depending on availability. Lengths below 16 inches are shipped out as soon as possible within 24-48 hours, whereas 16 inches and above may take 1-3 weeks. Sizes Medium and Large may take longer to process, typically 2-4 weeks, as they are rarely ordered and not always readily available

          Are there any specific conditions that affect shipping times?

            • Yes, shipping times are influenced by the availability of the bundles in different sizes, colors, and lengths. Commonly ordered bundles are shipped out faster, while less frequently ordered bundles may take more time to process. Handmaking all the deadlock extensions contributes to the processing time as well.

            How long does delivery take once the order is shipped?

              • Once an order is processed and shipped, it is delivered by the delivery partners within 3-5 days in most locations across the world. However, please note that any delays or issues caused by the delivery partners are not the responsibility of Eazynappy.

              Can I request expedited shipping for urgent orders?

              • If you need your order within a specific period, it's advisable to contact Eazynappy before placing the order to check if they can meet your deadline. Additional charges may apply for rush orders.

              What is "Shipping Covered With Insurance"?

                • Eazynappy now offers an insurance shipping option. When placing your order and selecting the shipping method, you can opt-in for shipping covered with insurance. If you happen to lose your item or encounter any applicable policies as per the shipping partners, a claim will be raised.
