Refund policy

We love creating handmade loc extensions for you! Because each order is personalized, we have a few important guidelines for cancellations, refunds, and exchanges.


1. Can I cancel my order?

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours  of purchase.

  • After 24 hours, your order enters production and cannot be cancelled.

  • Refunds are only available if a cancellation request is made within the 24-hour grace period.


2. Can I get a refund?

  • Refunds are only available if your order is cancelled within the 24-hour window.

  • Custom orders, samples and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within three days after approving the return depending on your bank. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

  • Refunds Before Shipping:

    • Now we have made the process even faster. Now, you don’t need to wait for refunds for 3-5 days. You can get an instant refund in form of a Gift Card worth the price of the item you want a refund for and use it instantly across the store with no expiry date.

    • You will be issued an Eazynappy Gift Card if you ordered something by mistake and want to change the order before it is shipped out and you are out of money and can’t wait for 3-5 days for a refund and place it again.

    • We heard you, just contact us on Live Chat or email us. We will issue you the instant Gift Card.  Here's how you can use it.

  • To start a return, you can contact us at support@eazynappy.shop with your registered email address. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Please note that there can be some logistics charges (Starting from $45) based on the location, that the customer will need to pay.


3. Can I exchange my order?

  • You are allowed one exchange per item after the 24-hour grace period.

  • Orders can be exchanged within 7-days after they are delivered to your location. 

  • If the exchange is due to a production error on our end, we’ll provide a prepaid return label for a refund or to correct the order at no cost.

  • If there is no production error, the customer is responsible for:

    • Shipping the original order back to us

    • Shipping the replacement order to you

  • Custom orders cannot be exchanged


4. What if I want to make changes to my order?

  • Changes requested while your order is in production or after delivery will incur a restoking fees of $50 - 100 depending on your item. Restocking fees is paid BEFORE Item is returned for exchange.

  • If your requested change increases the order cost, we’ll send the balance due via message/email.

  • If your requested change reduces the order cost, the balance will be issued as a discount code for your next order.

  • Exchanges for different widths, lengths, or colors may have extra fees depending on the number of locs, length, and width.

  • Orders are Exchanged ONLY WHEN THE ORIGINAL ORDER ARRIVES AT EAZYNAPPY RETURN CENTER and it is processed.

  • Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of arriving at Eazynappy Return Center to ensure they have not been tampered with and all parts of the order has been returned

  • Orders that are approved for exchange that arrive at the EAZYNAPPY RETURN CENTER do not qualify for a refund and will not be refunded if requested. 

  • Orders that are refused upon delivery by the mail carrier are not approved for refunds or exchanges and customers are liable for all returns cost to the fulfillment center. 

    • Contact us about refunding your order before it is delivered for a resolution. 

    • Any shipping cost incurred by Eazynappy due to return orders will be charged to the customer. 


5. Damages and issues?

  • If you received an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please submit a damage claim here so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

6. How can I avoid mistakes?

  • We highly recommend ordering a sample first to ensure the type, size, and quality are exactly what you want.

OTHER REPLACEMENT POLICY

7. Shipping Protection & Delivery Insurance (REDO)

We offer optional shipping protection through REDO, available for purchase at checkout (VIP Checkout). This protection covers lost, damaged, or stolen packages, including orders marked as delivered.

Orders that do not include REDO shipping protection are not eligible for replacements or refunds due to loss, damage, or theft after delivery.
