Our shipping times are influenced by the size, length, and color of the bundle you are ordering.
Here are some conditions which will help you understand our shipping times:
1. Most of the bundles with sizes X-Small and Small are shipped out within 24-48 hours because these are highly ordered bundles and we keep them ready to reduce the shipping times.
2. Bundles in color 1b are shipped out within 24-48 hours while other colors can take 1-2 weeks based on the availability.
3. Lengths below 16 inches are shipped out ASAP within 24-48 hours while 16 inches and above may take 1-3 weeks.
4. Under certain conditions, sizes Medium and Large take more time to process because these are rarely ordered bundles and we don't keep them already made most of the time. So shipping out within 24-48 hours depends on availability otherwise it takes 2-4 weeks to process the order.
In conclusion: If you order a commonly used bundle, it is going to be the fastest to be delivered while others do take time to process because all of our deadlock extensions are made by hand.
Once an order is processed, it is shipped out immediately within 24-48 hours and delivered by our delivery partners within 3-5 days in most locations across the world. Please be aware, we aren't responsible for any delays or troubles caused by delivery partners, we use them just for the ease of our customers.
In case you need them within a particular period, contact us before placing an order. To make sure that we can meet up your deadline. Extra charges will be included for rush orders.

If you lost your item or any applicable policies as per our shipping partners, a claim will be raised, and after verification, a result will be solely given by our Shipping Partners You will be refunded accordingly. Orders that do not include REDO shipping protection are not eligible for replacements or refunds due to loss, damage, or theft after delivery.
